RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchange Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make an exchange, please follow our policy guidelines below:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only within seven (7) days of receiving your product. Once we receive your item back we will send you a discount code for the value of your item minus the shipping that you paid. The store credit is good for one year. 

• Exchange Timeframe: To qualify for an exchange, you must contact us and return the item within seven days of receipt. If the product is not received back within this timeframe, it will be returned to you, and the exchange will not be processed.

• Condition of Items: All items must be returned in brand-new, unused condition, with tags attached and original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, used, or altered.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item does not meet the exchange criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer.
